Terms & Conditions — newpklack Platform Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the newpklack platform, including all casino games, sports betting, payment services, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing newpklack, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to be bound by these terms.
Access to newpklack is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. All registrations are subject to age verification and we reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly forbidden.
All bonus offers, free spin promotions, and deposit match rewards are governed by clearly stated wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering conditions are met.
newpklack prohibits all forms of fraudulent play, collusion, arbitrage abuse, and exploitation of software errors. Accounts found engaging in any of these activities will be suspended and balances may be voided.
Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion periods at any time via account settings. These tools are available to all registered players at no charge and take effect promptly upon request.
Definitions & Interpretation
The following terms and expressions, wherever used in this document, shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. These definitions apply equally to the singular and plural forms of each term.

References to any statute, regulation, or legal instrument shall be construed as references to that instrument as amended, re-enacted, or replaced from time to time. Headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. Where there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any bonus-specific or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, the more specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Eligibility & Account Registration
The newpklack platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 years or older only. By creating an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out below. newpklack reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close your account if any eligibility condition is found to be unmet.
Eligibility Requirements
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
- You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
- You are not located in, resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a newpklack employee or contractor in a role directly related to platform operations or game development.
- You have not previously had a newpklack account closed for fraudulent activity, Terms & Conditions violation, or self-exclusion that remains in force.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
Registration Process
To create a newpklack account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile telephone number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You must also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements by ticking the relevant declaration during the registration flow.
The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times. newpklack does not accept registrations using false identities, virtual phone numbers, or details belonging to another individual. Any account found to have been created using false information is subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Account Obligations & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your newpklack account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. newpklack will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
- Do not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered account holder.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. This is strongly recommended for all accounts and mandatory before any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
- Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify newpklack immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will take prompt steps to secure the account pending investigation.
- Keep your registered mobile number current. Changes to your mobile number must be verified via identity check before they take effect.
- You may hold only one account at newpklack. If you accidentally create a second account, you must contact support immediately for consolidation or closure.
newpklack uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible to newpklack support staff in plaintext form. Support staff will never ask for your password; any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
newpklack processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using mobile financial services and card payment methods that are native to the Bangladesh market. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without notice.
- All deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in the same name as your newpklack account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your BDT wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Processing delays caused by the payment provider's own systems are outside newpklack's control.
- newpklack does not impose deposit fees. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which newpklack accepts no liability.
- newpklack applies anti-money-laundering screening to all deposit transactions. Deposits that fail screening will not be credited and may be flagged to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. newpklack does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not on record for the account.
- KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
- Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours during business hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals follow standard card-scheme processing timelines of one to three business days.
- newpklack reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount and to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a rolling seven-day period.
- Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of a balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposited funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a deposit-match promotion.
Bonuses & Promotions
newpklack offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer only.
- Bonuses are awarded at newpklack's sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured.
- Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the total value of the bonus — or in the case of a deposit-match bonus, the combined deposit and bonus value — must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent. Contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the individual offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements that lapse at the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
- Players may participate in only one deposit-match welcome bonus. Repeat claims of new-player promotions by the same individual using multiple accounts will be treated as a Terms & Conditions violation and will result in account closure.
- newpklack reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has exploited a bonus offer through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or other methods designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion.
- Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. Certain promotions may be excluded from players who meet a high-volume trading profile at newpklack's discretion, with written notification provided.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on the newpklack platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within each product section of the Platform.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are settled on the basis of the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). newpklack's own settlement is final in the event of any discrepancy with third-party sources.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. newpklack reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice if the integrity of the event or the reliability of data feeds is in question.
- Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches is governed by ICC playing conditions and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant domestic board. Matches abandoned due to weather or other external factors are settled in accordance with the specific market rules displayed at bet placement.
- Maximum bet limits per market are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change. newpklack reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for any individual account at its discretion.
Casino & Card Games
- Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by our licensed game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
- Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages provided by the game studios. Actual returns to any individual player over any finite session will vary and may be significantly higher or lower than the stated RTP.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or power interruption — the round will be settled on the basis of the game state at the time the interruption occurred, to the extent that this is determinable. Where the game state cannot be recovered, the wager will be refunded to your BDT wallet.
- Callbreak Quick and Blocky Block are subject to their own specific in-game rules displayed within each game environment. These rules are provided by the respective game studios and newpklack does not modify them unilaterally.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newpklack platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform glitches to generate credits or winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided and the account suspended.
- Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the newpklack platform.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or card games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
- Using the platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or engage in any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Bangladeshi law or applicable international law.
- Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
- Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider for deposits that were legitimately processed and credited to your newpklack account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to disguise your true location.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a newpklack account. The process, rights, and consequences differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the Player or by newpklack.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your newpklack account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your account username and a written request to close. Closure requests are processed within two business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control — you should use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings rather than a standard closure request. newpklack-Initiated Closure or Suspension
newpklack reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe, discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age, receipt of a court order or regulatory direction, and cessation of Platform operations in any given market.
Where an account is closed by newpklack due to a Terms & Conditions breach or fraud, any balance in the account — including both real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, real-money deposits will be returned in full via the original payment method.
Amendments to These Terms
newpklack reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed on the Platform or sent to the registered contact details on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and newpklack in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
